Is your equipment clean?

Yes, our equipment is checked after every hire to ensure it is clean. If you make a mess on our equipment, we ask that you clean it up as quickly and safely as possible. A cleaning charge may be incurred if there is substantial mess and this may be taken out of your deposit.

We provide flexible delivery and collection times. However, typically we will deliver units early in the morning and collect late in the evening or the next morning. We will always setup at least 30 mins before your party begins.

How much space is required for a jumping castle hire?

You must provide an additional 1 metre at the front and back of the bouncy castle for the placement of the blower and to provide easy access. We also recommend that you leave 1 metre on either side of the castle. Please ensure that there is plenty of room for us to bring the castle into the area that you would like it to be set up, as we will use a trolley 1.0m is recommended for smaller castles, some of the larger castle require 1.3m this will be specified in the castle profile.

Yes we have public liability insurance to the value of $20m, currency of certificate can be provided on request.

Only when in use. You are welcome to switch it off when not in use to save the power. The jumping castle will inflate in 90 seconds when switched back on.However when turning the power back on please ensure the castle does not catch anything on the way back up that may damage it.

Does the castle require supervision?

Most definitely the castle needs to be supervised by a person over 18 years old.

How many kids can go on a castle at one time?

It really depends on the castle in question. A 4m x 4m castle will comfortably  hold 10 to 12 kids where  as a 5m x 5m will comfortably hold 12 to 15 kids. After that the best rule of thumb is that if it loads over crowed then there is too many kids on the castle. The supervisor will need to make a call.

We generally dont have a problem with that, sometimes an additional fee may apply if having to collect the next morning is inconvienent, especially if its a monday morning.

Do discounts apply if hiring more than one item?

We certainly look after customers who hire 2 or more infatables or a set of sumo suits- just call or email and we can work out a package deal.
