5 Tips for a Perfect Jumping Castle Party in Sydney

Planning a jumping castle party doesn’t need to be complicated. After years of delivering inflatables across Sydney, we’ve picked up a few tips that make the difference between a good party and a genuinely great one.

1. Measure your space before you fall in love with a theme

Before you commit to a castle, measure the space you actually have — including height clearance for trees, eaves, and power lines. Our mini castles are built for smaller backyards, while our large castles need a bit more room to move.

2. Pick a theme your child actually loves

It’s tempting to book whatever’s available, but a castle featuring your child’s actual favourite character makes a noticeably bigger impression than a generic one. We carry a huge range of character castles, from Bluey to Frozen to Spider-Man, so it’s worth checking what’s on offer before you book.

3. Book early for weekends and school holidays

Weekends and school holidays are our busiest periods, and popular themes get booked out fast. If you have a date in mind, we’d recommend locking it in at least two to three weeks ahead so you’re not stuck with “whatever’s left.”

4. Confirm your delivery window

We deliver, set up, and pack down every hire, but it’s worth confirming your delivery window in advance, especially if you’re planning the party around other logistics like catering or entertainers.

5. Think about extras

A jumping castle is a great start, but a few extras can take the party further — think sumo suits for the older kids (or the adults who can’t resist a go), or one of our party extras like a generator if you’re setting up somewhere without power access.
